| 【】 目的 探讨中西医结合治疗对扩张性心肌病大鼠效果。方法 将32只2周龄wistar雄性大鼠喂养呋喃唑酮6周造模,造模成功后,随机分为4组,各8只,A组给予真武胶囊(1.8g/kg/d),B组给予苯那普利组(3.33mg/kg/d)),C组给予真武胶囊加苯那普利,D组正常喂养。8周后超声测量左心室舒张末期内径(LVDD)、收缩末期内径(LVSD)、射血分数(LVEF),测量后处死动物,开胸取出心脏,检测心肌胶原含量、心肌细胞凋亡指数、观察显微镜下心肌结构。结果 真武胶囊联合苯那普利能明显缩小扩张的心肌,改善心功能,减少间质胶原含量,抑制心肌细胞凋亡,改善心肌重构,优于二者单独应用,差异有显著性(P <0.05)。结论 中西医结合治疗扩张性心肌病效果最佳,值得临床推广应用 。 |

| Objective: To investigate the effect of treatment of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine for dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) in rats.Methods: 32 male Wistar rats(2 weeks) were fed with furazolidone for six weeks．They were randomly divided into four groups: group A, fed for Zhen Wu capsule(1.8g/kg/d);group B, fed for benazepril (3.33mg/kg/d);group C, for Zhen Wu capsule and benazepril ;group D feeding normally .After 8 weeks , rats were determined on Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVSD),and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) by color Doppler ultrasonograph． Rats were put into death, myocardial collagen content and myocardial cell apoptosis index were detected and the microstructure of myocardium was observed in every one.Result: ZhenWu capsule and benazepril could markedly reduce dilated myocardium,improve ejection fraction, lower collagen content,restrain myocardial cell apoptosis and better myocardial remodeling, they were stronger than single one(P <0.05).Conclusions: The effect of treatment of integrated traditional chinese and western medical was best for DCM,and valuable in the clinical application. |
