      目的 探讨雌激素对大鼠噪声性听力损失的影响。方法 将20只SD大鼠随机分为去势组与对照组,数目各半。实验前对两组大鼠进行听性脑干反应(Auditory Brainstem Response,ABR)和畸变产物耳声发射(Distortion Products Otoacoustic Emission,DPOAE)检测,后为去势组进行卵巢切除术、为对照组进行假手术。正常饲养3周后所有大鼠同时在隔声室中用强度为115dBSPL(C)的白噪声造模,噪声暴露2周后进行同样听力测试,经统计比较对照组与去势组在噪声暴露后的听力情况。结果 ①噪声暴露后去势组与对照组大鼠均出现听力下降;②对照组与去势组在噪声暴露后Click、2K、4K、6K、8K Hz ABR阈值比较的T值分别为:-9.26、-9.44、-11.63、-10.76、-11.52,相应P值均小于0.05,差异有统计学意义,噪声暴露后对照组ABR阈值小于去势组;③对照组与去势组在噪声暴露前后Click ABR阈上20、40、60分贝潜伏期未出现明显变化(P>0.05);④对照组与去势组在噪声暴露后2K、4K、6K、8K Hz DPOAE信噪比比较的T值分别为:5.14、6.54、4.72、2.44,相应P值均小于0.05,差异有统计学意义,噪声暴露后对照组DPOAE信噪比大于去势组。[方法描述不够清晰。结果需要补充具体数据。 回复:方法已经更详细描述,结果部分重要数据已标出统计量数值。]结论 雌激素对噪声性听力损伤具有保护作用,且产生影响的区域主要在耳蜗。
英文摘要:
      Purpose Compare the hearing of ovariectomized and intact female rats after the white noise modeling, and explore the effect mechanism of estrogen to the noise-induced hearing loss. Method the rats are divided into two groups of ovariectomized group and intact group. Do the ABR and DPOAE test before the experiment. Randomly select 10 rats and remove its’ ovaries and the remaining 10 rats were sham-operated, exposed all the rats to the 115dB SPL(C) white noise 3 weeks later after the surgery. Do the hearing test again after 2 weeks’ noise exposed and compare the date. Results ①Both the variectomized group and intact group appeared hearing loss after noise expose; ②The two groups have significance differences in the thresholds of Click、2K、4K、6K、8K Hz ABR, the respectively T value is: 9.26、-9.44、-11.63、-10.76、-11.52, and the P value are all less than 0.05, the intact group’s ABR threshold is better; ③There has no difference of 20、40、60dB SL latency between the groups; ④The two groups have significance differences in the DPOAE SNR of 2K、4K、6K、8Hz, the respectively T value is: 5.14、6.54、4.72、2.44 and the P value are all less than 0.05, the intact group’s DPOAE SNR is better. Conclusion The estrogen has a protective effect on noise-induced hearing loss, and the impact region is mainly in the cochlea.
