| 目的：观察“针刀松解法结合中药超声药物透入”治疗早期膝骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法：根据中华医学会骨科分会膝骨性关炎的诊断标准,Kellgren-larwrence分期标准,选取早期膝骨性关炎患者50例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别采用针刀松解法结合超声药物透入治疗和西药盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗。治疗前及治疗后对比两组患者的症状、体征及WOMAC骨关节炎指数评分。进一步按照《中药新药治疗骨性关节炎的临床研究指导原则》疗效评定标准进行临床疗效评定。结果：治疗后实验组与对照组相比,WOMAC评分下降(P<0.05)。实验组的优良率(86.4％)明显高于对照组(50％)。结论：“针刀松解法结合中药超声药物透入”治疗早期膝骨性关节炎疗效明显优于“西药盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊”治疗。 |

| [Objective] To study clinical effects of “therapy of combination of Small needle knife and Penetration Ultrasonic Drug” in treatment of Knee Osteoarthritisin of Early Metaphase.[Methods] 50 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each of 25 cases. The patients in the experimental group were treated with “cotherapy of combination of Small needle knife and Penetration Ultrasonic Drug ”, and those in the control group were treated with “combination therapy of western medical”. Medical histories of both groups are collected respectively before treatment, after treatmentto assess WOMAC (the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index)scores scores . [Results] There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in the WOMAC score between the two groups of patients (P＜0.05). The total fineness rate was 86.4% and50%, respectively. The effect was better in the experimental group than in the control group. [Conclusion] Therapy of combination of Small needle knife and Penetration Ultrasonic Drug overrides theraphy of western medical and traction therapy in treatment of Knee joint osteoarthritis of Early Metaphase. |
