| 目的： 研究由高良姜、香附、百合和乌药提取物制成的复方中药“姜百胃炎片”对小鼠幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染模型的体内抑菌作用。方法：选用Hp SS1菌株,对实验小鼠(C57BL/6小鼠和BALB/c小鼠)以NaHCO3和混合抗生素预处理、灌胃菌液的方法建立Hp感染小鼠模型。Hp感染的实验小鼠随机分成模型组、三联治疗组(雷尼替丁19.5 mg.kg-1.d-1, 阿莫西林130 mg.kg-1.d-1, 克拉霉素65 mg.kg-1.d-1)、姜百胃炎片高剂量组(3.12 g.kg-1.d-1)、中剂量组(1.56 g.kg-1.d-1)和低剂量组(0.78 g.kg-1.d-1)。用细菌培养、pH指示剂法、尿素酶试验、抗体试验等评估实验小鼠的Hp感染程度。统计方法采用秩和检验。结果：C57BL/6小鼠空白组、模型组、三联治疗组、姜百胃炎片3.12 g.kg-1.d-1组、1.56 g.kg-1.d-1组和0.78 g.kg-1.d-1组的Hp感染程度的尿素酶试验的平均秩和( , 低优指标)分别为18.50、51.33、18.50、27.32、35.68和38.14,姜百胃炎片3.12 g.kg-1.d-1组的Hp感染程度显著低于模型组(P<0.05)；BALB/c小鼠空白组、模型组、三联治疗组、姜百胃炎片3.12 g.kg-1.d-1组、1.56 g.kg-1.d-1组和0.78 g.kg-1.d-1组的 分别为24.00、58.73 、31.17、27.58、32.08和36.58,姜百胃炎片3个剂量组的Hp感染程度均显著低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论：姜百胃炎片对Hp感染C57BL/6和BALB/c小鼠模型有抑菌作用。 |

| Objective: To study the anti-helicobacter pylori (Hp) activity of Jiangbaiweiyan tablet on Hp infected mouse model, which is a Chinese medicine compound composed of Alpinta Oficinarum,Cyperus Rotundus,Bulbus Lilii and Rlindera Strychnifoli. Method: The experimental mice (C57BL/6 and BALB/c) were pretreated with NaHCO3 and antibiotics, and inoculated with Hp SS1 strain to establish Hp infected mouse model. The Hp infected mice were randomly divided into model group, triple therapy group(ranitidine 19.5 mg.kg-1.d-1, amoxicillin 130 mg.kg-1.d-1, clarithromycin 65 mg.kg-1.d-1), high-dose (3.12g.kg-1.d-1), mid-dose (1.56g.kg-1.d-1), and low-dose (0.78 mg.kg-1.d-1) groups of Jiangbaiweiyan tablet. Bacterial culture, pH indicator diagnostic test, urease test, and antibody test were used to evaluate the infection extent of experimental mice. Rank sum test was utilized for statistical analysis of experimental data. The average rank sum values ( , low-priority index) of Hp infection in experimental mice were obtained from urease test. Results: values of blank group, model group, triple therapy group, high-dose, mid-dose, and low-dose groups of Jiangbaiweiyan tablet for C57BL/6 mice were18.50, 51.33, 18.50, 27.32, 35.68 and 38.14,respectively. The infection extent in C57BL/6 mice of high-dose (3.12g.kg-1.d-1) group of Jiangbaiweiyan tablet was obviously lower than model group (P<0.05). values of blank group, model group, triple therapy group, high-dose, mid-dose, and low-dose groups of Jiangbaiweiyan tablet for BALB/c mice were 24.00, 58.73, 31.17, 27.58, 32.08 and 36.58,respectively. The infection extent in BALB/c mice of all three dose groups of Jiangbaiweiyan tablet was obviously lower than model group (P<0.05). Conclusion：Jiangbaiweiyan tablet can inhibit Hp infection in C57BL/6 mice and BALB/c mice. |
