| 目的 观察小剂量金匮肾气丸对阳虚质老年人免疫功能及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2014年1月至2015年1月在本院体检中心体检的自愿参加试验并且为阳虚体质的60岁以上老年人共100例纳入本研究,随机抽取50例阳虚质老年人为治疗组,给以小剂量金匮肾气丸口服,3粒/次,每天3次；另外50例为对照组,以安慰剂口服,3粒/次,每天3次。两组疗程均为6个月,6个月以后比较两组治疗前后世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)得分、CD4 /CD8 、IgG、IgA、IgM等指标。结果 治疗组治疗后的WHOQOL-BREF得分明显提高,CD4 /CD8 、IgM均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05) ；IgG、IgA无明显差异(P>0.05)。对照组治疗前后各指标均无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗组与对照组比较,在治疗后阳虚质老年人的WHOQOL-BREF得分提高较明显,CD4 /CD8 及IgM均升高较多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05) ；IgG、IgA两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 长时间小剂量服用金匮肾气丸能增强阳虚质老年人的免疫功能,明显提高生活质量。 |

| Objective To observe the effects of Small doses of Jinkuishenqiwan on the immunity and quality of life of the elderly who are the constitution of yang asthenia.Methods Choose 100 cases of such disease,randomly select 50 cases as treatment group with Jinkuishenqiwan treatment,3 tables per day;make another 50 cases as control group with placebol treatment, 3 tables per day.Both were treated for 6 months,after that,compare their WHOQOL-BREF points、CD4 /CD8 、IgG、IgA、IgM indexes.Results In treatment group,the WHOQOL-BREF points was increased a lot,so did CD4 /CD8 and IgM,the difference had statistical meaning,while there is no marked on IgG and IgA.There’s no marked on control group similarly.The comparison of them illustrate difference of statistical meaning.Conclusion Extended use of Small doses of Jinkuishenqiwan can enhance immunity of the elderly who are the constitution of yang asthenia,and markedly improve quality of life. |
