胎儿暴露于内源性或外源性糖皮质激素对胎儿的生长发育、儿童的认知能力及长远疾病有着重要影响。这些疾病风险都可能与改变了胎儿下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺(HPA)轴的生长发育相关,并且这些改变可能是永久性的。因而充分研究GCs对HPA轴的作用机制是至关重要的,这将对产前应用糖皮质激素有着重要指导意义。 |

Exposure to endogenous or exogenous glucocorticoids(GCs) greatly influenced fetal growth and development, the cognitive ability and the long-term disease, possibly associated with the changes on the Hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) Axis, which would permanently exist. Thus, it is important to investigate the mechanism of GCs on the HPA axis, which will be of great significance to the prenatal glucocorticoid treatment. |
