| 【摘要】目的 探讨子宫内膜容受性相关因子HIF-1?( Hypoxia-inducible factor-1, HIF-1?)、VEGF（vascular endothelial growth factor ,VEGF） 在正常妇女与PCOS 妇女子宫内膜组织中的表达情况。方法 取40例为同期因男性因素或输卵管因素就诊的不孕症患者和40例PCOS引起的不孕不育患者(PCOS组)子宫内膜 ，分别采用实时荧光定量PCR、蛋白印迹法（Western blot）检测HIF-1?、VEGF 基因和蛋白的相对表达量。结果 HIF-1?、VEGF在PCOS不孕不育患者子宫内膜组织的基因和蛋白表达均明显低于对照组（P均<0.001） 结论 子宫内膜HIF-1?表达情况可反应子宫内膜血管生成，可作为检测PCOS患者不孕不育症重要诊断指标。 |

| Objection The aim of this study is to detect the protein and gene expression of HIF-1?，VEGF in normal women and PCOS patients received ovulation induction therapies. Methods The relative expression of HIF-1? and VEGF mRNA were detected by real-time quantitative PCR. The expression of HIF-1? and VEGF protein were detected by Western blot in endometrial tissues from and 40 women who were infertility due to male factor or fallopian tube factor and 40 PCOS patients with sterile sterility. Results The expression of HIF-1? and VEGF mRNA and protein in PCOS patients were significantly higher than that in normal women respectively (P<0.001). Conclusion The expression of HIF-1? was associated with angiogenesis of endometrial tissue，which can be an important marker of PCOS with sterile sterility. |
