| 目的 探讨血清白细胞介素-17(IL-17)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)在再生障碍性贫血患者中的表达及临床意义。方法 将2012年5月-2015年5月我院收治的79例再生障碍性贫血患者分为急性再生障碍性贫血组(37例)和慢性再生障碍性贫血组(42例),并于同期随机选取80例健康体检者作为对照。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)分别检测三组的血清IL-17及IL-6水平。结果 三组的血清IL-17、IL-6水平经方差分析,差异有统计学意义(F=12.068,10.175,P<0.05),急性再生障碍性贫血组和慢性再生障碍性贫血组患者血清IL-17、IL-6水平高于对照组,急性再生障碍性贫血组与慢性再生障碍性贫血组患者的血清IL-17、IL-6水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经Pearson直线相关分析,再生障碍性贫血患者血清IL-17与IL-6水平之间呈正相关关系,r=0.672,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 血清IL-17和IL-6参与了再生障碍性贫血的免疫发生机制,临床有重要的参考价值。 |

| Objective To explore the expression and its clinical significance of serum interleukin-17(IL-17) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in patients with aplastic anemia.Methods 79 cases with aplastic anemia in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2015 were divided into acute aplastic anemia group(37 cases) and chronic aplastic anemia group(42 cases),at the same time 80 healthy volunters as control group were randomly selected.Serum IL-17 and IL-6 levels of three groups were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results Comparisons of serum IL-17 and IL-6 levels were conducted by variance analysis,the difference was statistically significant(F=12.068,10.175,P<0.05),in which the serum IL-17 and IL-6 levels of acute aplastic anemia group and chronic aplastic anemia group were higher than those of control group.The comparisons on difference of serum IL-17 and IL-6 levels between acute aplastic anemia group and chronic aplastic anemia group were conducted,the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).There was a positive correlation between serum IL-17 and IL-6 levels using Pearson linear correlation analysis among the patients with aplastic anemia, the correlation coefficient was 0.672(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum IL-17 and IL-6 levels which play important roles in the immune mechanism progress of aplastic anemia.It has important clinical reference value. |
