| 目的:观察气阴两虚型新诊断2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜厚度与胰岛素抵抗程度的相关性，并探讨其临床意义。方法：选取62例气阴两虚型新诊断2型糖尿病患者，行颈动脉超声检查，按照颈动脉内膜厚度分成两组，观察各组生化指标、体重指数，及HOMA-IR，并进行对比分析。结果：气阴两虚型新诊断2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜增厚组空腹血糖、血脂、体重指数明显高于内膜厚度正常组，胰岛素抵抗程度比内膜厚度正常组严重，差异有显著性意义。结论：气阴两虚型新诊断2型糖尿病患者的颈动脉内膜厚度与胰岛素抵抗、FPG存在显著相关性，对临床具有一定的指导意义。 |

| [Abjective]To observe the correlation of carotid arteries intimal thickness and the level of insulin resistance in patients who were New diagnosis Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus ones,type of deficiency of both QI and YIN ,and to approach it’s clinical significances.[Methods]To select 62 patients who were New diagnosis Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus ones,type of deficiency of both QI and YIN, we do carotid arteries Ultrasonography. According to the carotid arteries intimal thickness, divide the 62 patients into 2 groups,then observe every group’s biochemical indicator,BMI,HOMA-IR,and to contrast and analysis.[Result]New diagnosis Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients,type of deficiency of both QI and YIN ,according the carotid arteries intimal thickness,were divided into two groups , the thicker one and the normal one.FBG,blood fat,BMI in thicker one were obviously higher than the normal one.The thicker one had severe insulin resistance than the normal one.The differences were significant. [Conclusion] Type of deficiency of both QI and YIN patients who were New diagnosis Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus had insulin resistance and islet cell injuries.The carotid arteries intimal thickness was correlated with the level of insulin resistance，FPG, and it was significative for clinical. |
