| 【】目的 观察乌灵胶囊干预围绝经期高血压患者睡眠障碍的临床疗效。方法 将符合纳入标准的围绝经期高血压伴睡眠障碍的患者66例纳入观察,给予口服乌灵胶囊治疗4周,通过比较治疗前后的PSQI评分,WHOQOL-BREF评分,每周以及停药2周的CGI评分来评估疗效。结果 入组者治疗前后PSQI评分明显改善(P﹤0.01),WHOQOL-BREF生理、心理、环境及社会关系4个领域评分提高均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),4周后CGI评分较治疗前改善(P﹤0.01),与停药后2周相比无明显差异(P﹥0.05)。结论 乌灵胶囊能改善围绝经期高血压患者的睡眠情况,还能全面提高患者的生活质量,且短期停药后病情无反复。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wuling capsule in the treatment of sleep disorders in perimenopausal patients with hypertension. Methods To observe 66 cases of patients with sleep disorders in the standard of the perimenopausal hypertension. After 4 weeks of treatment with oral administration of Wu Ling Capsule, by comparing the PSQI score, WHOQOL-BREF score , CGI score weekly and at 2 weeks after discontinuation ,before and after treatment, to evaluate the efficacy of the treatment. Results After treatment, PSQI scores were significantly improved(P﹤0.01)and the scores of WHOQOL-BREF in 4 areas of physical, psychological, environmental, and social relations, increased with statistical significance(P﹤0.01). After 4 weeks of treatment, the CGI score was improved (P﹤0.01),but the CGI score was no significant difference compared with the 2 weeks after discontinuation(P>0.05).Conclusion Wu Ling Capsule can improve the patient"s sleep quality, but also improve the quality of life of the patient, and the patient"s condition is not repeated after a short term discontinuation. |
