| 目的 分析非钙化型颈部淋巴结结核的弹性成像联合超声造影表现。 方法 对42例经手术病理证实的非钙化型颈部淋巴结结核的弹性成像联合超声造影表现进行回顾性分析。 结果 淋巴结结核弹性成像评分较低,以2分多见。超声造影表现多呈不均匀增强型。弹性成像图绿色或红色区域多对应造影不均匀增强区,蓝色区域为造影无增强区。结论 弹性成像联合超声造影可为非钙化型淋巴结结核的诊断提供更多的信息。 |

| Objective To explore the imaging manifestation of non-calcification cervical lymph node tuberculosis by elastography combined withcontrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS). Methods 42 patients with non-calcification cervical lymph node tuberculosis proved by pathologocally were retrospectively analyzed．Results The score was slow by elastography with cervical lymph node tuberculosisby. The characteristics of CEUS was uneven enhancement. The green or red area in image of elastography was corresponding the uneven enhancement area, the blue was corresponding non-enhancement area. Conclusion Elastography combined with CEUS can provide useful informations in non-calcification cervical lymph node tuberculosis and may contribute to the diagnosis． |
