目的：观察中医手法结合运动疗法治疗痉挛型脑性瘫痪的疗效。方法：将90例脑性瘫痪患者随机分为3组：运动组、手法组和复合组(各30例),复合组采取中医手法结合运动疗法治疗,另外两组对应针对性治疗,疗程均为3个月,3组患者治疗前后采用改良Ashworth痉挛分级和粗大运动功能评分(GMFM)比较治疗效果。结果：运动组总有效率为86.7％,手法组总有效率83.3％,复合组总有效率96.7％,复合组总有效率较前两组比较差异具有显著性(P

英文摘要:

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Chinese massage combination with movement therapy in treating spastic cerebral palsy. Method: The 90 cases of spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into 3 groups, Chinese massage group, movement therapy group and combination group(n=30). The cases in combination group were treated with Chinese massage and movement therapy, and that in the other two with corresponding treatment. The course would last for 3 months. The therapeutic effect would be compared to each other through Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS) and Gross Motor Function Mesaure(GMFM). Result: The total effective rate of combination group was 96.7%, the Chinese massage group 83.3%, the movement group 86.7%. The effect in combination group was significantly superior to the other two(P<0.05). And that was also significant in MAS(P<0.05),while more evident in GMFM(P<0.05). Conclusion：Chinese massage combination with movement therapy came into a significant effect in treating spastic cerebral palsy. It’s superior to separate movement therapy or Chinese massage.
