| 目的 研究膀胱癌患者行膀胱灌注化疗引起的下尿路症状与生活质量的相关性。方法 选取2012年1月至2014年1月我院膀胱灌注化疗的膀胱癌患者70例,男50例,女20例。年龄28～83岁,平均62岁。采用下尿路症状问卷和生活质量问卷进行调查,调查时间分别为膀胱灌注化疗前及灌注后l、6个月。比较灌注前后下尿路症状评分和生活质量评分的变化情况,分析下尿路症状的严重性及对生活质量影响的程度。 结果 70例患者中,5例因中途更换膀胱灌注地点失访,10例因膀胱肿瘤复发退出问卷调查,共55例患者入组。灌注前下尿路症状评分为(6.4±2.2)分,生活质量问卷评分为(54.6±6.7)分。灌注化疗后1、6个月下尿路症状评分分别为(9.1±1.7)分和(9.0±1.9)分,生活质量评分分别为(69.8±9.1)分和(72.1±9.7)分,与灌注化疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 膀胱灌注化疗会造成患者暂时性的尿频、尿痛等下尿路刺激症状,以及生活质量的下降。 |

| Objective To research the lower urinary tract symptoms and quality of life(QoL) in patients undergone intravesical chemotherapy for non-muscle invasive bladder cancer． Methods 50 male patients and 20 female patients were enrolled from Jan 2012 to Jan 2014．The average age was 62(28-83) years．Questionnaires of core lower urinary tract symptom score(CLSS) and QoL were given to 70 patients before intravesical chemotherapy and the 1st,6th month after taking the instillation．The change of CLSS and QoL were compared to baseline,and then the correlation of the low urinary tract symptoms and quality of life was analyzed． Results 5 cases were lost to follow-up as they transferring to other hospitals for further treatment. 10 cases stop priming for the recurrence of disease．55 patients were entered in the program finally. Before the instillation,the scores of CLSS and QoL were 6.4±2.2 and 54.6±6.7, respectively．In the end of 1 st and 6th month, The CLSS scores were 9.1±1.7 and 9.0±1.9 respectively, and The QoL scores were 69.8±9.1and 72.1±9.7, respectively．The differences were significant (P<0.05) when compared to the baselines． Conclusions Intravesical treatment could result in the lower urinary tract symptoms and reduce quality of life of patients． |
