| 目的：通过运用独活寄生颗粒剂加减辩证地治疗89例跟痛症患者的临床实践,分析总结跟痛症治疗的的体会。方法：自2013年4月--2014年4月,将89例跟痛症患者根据中医辨证分型进行分组,分为肝肾亏虚组、气滞血瘀组以及寒湿痹阻组。然后用独活寄生颗粒剂加减进行中药开水冲服2次/日治疗,同时进行健康宣教(鞋底柔软、控制体重、避免远足、热水沐足2次/日)。3组患者均以1周为1个疗程,治疗4个疗程后观察临床疗效,并随访半年,观察复发情况。结果：经过治疗,89例跟痛症患者仅1例足跟痛症状无明显改善,行跟骨钻孔减压术后症状明显改善。其余88例患者,在1个疗程内症状体征有所缓解或明显改善甚至消失的为19例,在2个疗程内症状体征有所缓解或明显改善甚至消失的为51例,在3个疗程内症状体征有所缓解或明显改善甚至消失的为79例,在4个疗程内症状体征有所缓解或明显改善甚至消失的为88例；随访半年内均无复发或症状加重。总有效率为98. 87%。结论：独活寄生颗粒剂加减辨证治疗跟痛症,针对性强,医从性高,疗效显著,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective:To analyze the clinical effect living by using DoHuJiSheng granules for dialectically treatment of 89 patients with calcaneodynia in clinical practice．Methods:Since April 2013- April 2014, 89 patients with calcaneodynia patients grouping of traditional Chinese medicine, divided into liver and kidney deficiency, and qi stagnation and blood stasis and dampness bizu group. Then use DoHuJiSheng granules with traditional Chinese medicine boiling water 2 times one day, at the same time with health education (sole soft, weight control, avoid hiking, hot liquid, 2 times one day). Three groups of patients with 1 week for a period of treatment, observe the clinical effect after four courses of treatment, and follow-up of six months,observe the relapse.Results:After treatment, 89 patients with calcaneodynia only 1 case of heel pain symptoms improved insignificantly, with the bone drilling decompression surgery the symptoms improved.The rest of the 88 patients, the symptoms within one period of treatment eased significantly improve or disappear for 19 cases, symptoms in the two treatment eased significantly improve or disappear for 51 cases, symptoms in three treatment eased significantly improve or disappear for 79 cases, in four courses of symptoms eased significantly improve or disappear for 88 cases; Followed up for half year no recurrence or symptoms worse. The total effective rate was 98. 87% .Conclusions:Use DoHuJiSheng granules to treat calcaneodynia, targeted, high compliance, curative effect is distinct, the recurrence rate is low, worthy of clinical popularization and application. |
