| 目的：揭示中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值与2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜增厚的关系。方法：选取166例2型糖尿病患者,采用超声检查筛查颈动脉内膜增厚,多因素分析中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值与2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜增厚的关系,ROC曲线分析中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值对2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜增厚的判断价值。结果：颈动脉内膜增厚80例(48.2%)。中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值是2型糖尿病颈动脉患者内膜增厚的独立危险因素(OR=9.800, 95%CI=4.415~21.756),对2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜增厚有显著判断价值(曲线下面积=0.802, 95%CI=0.733-0.860)。结论：中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值和2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜增厚显著相关。 |

| [ive] Objective: To investigate the relationship between neutrophil lymphocyte ratio and the intima-media thickening of the carotid artery of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: 166 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were recruited. The intima-media thickening of carotid artery was screened using an ultrasonic examination. The relationship between neutrophil lymphocyte ratio and the intima-media thickening of the carotid artery of patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus was evaluated using a multivariate analysis. The identifiable value of neutrophil lymphocyte ratio for the intima-media thickening of the carotid artery of patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus was assessed using a ROC analysis. Results: 80 patients (48.2%) had the intima-media thickening of the carotid artery. Neutrophil lymphocyte ratio emerged as an independent risk factor for the intima-media thickening of the carotid artery of patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus (OR=9.800, 95%CI=4.415~21.756) and possessed the obvious identifiable value for the intima-media thickening of the carotid artery of patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus (area under curve=0.802, 95%CI=0.733-0.860). Conclusion: Neutrophil lymphocyte ratio is related closely to the intima-media thickening of the carotid artery of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. |
