| 目的 观察窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合米诺地尔酊治疗斑秃的临床疗效和安全性。方法 随机将120例斑秃患者分为治疗组和对照组,对照组外用米诺地尔酊,每日2次,治疗组在此基础上进行NB-UVB照射,每周2次,两组疗程均为12周。 结果 治疗组有效率为83.3%,复发率为15.0 %,明显优于对照组的61.7%和31.6 %,差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论 NB-UVB联合米诺地尔酊治疗斑秃具有提高疗效、缩短病程、降低复发的作用。 |

| Objective To obsreve the clinical effect and security of Narrow-band ultraviolet B phototherapy (NB-UVB) combined with Minoxidil Tincture in the treatment of alopecia areata.Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into contrast group(60 cases) and treatment group (60 cases).The contrast group were treated with external application of Minoxidil Tincture twice a day .The treatment group with the same scheme plus NB-UVB twice a week. The two groups was treated for 12 weeks. Results There was significant difference(P<0.05) between two groups . The effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3% and recurrence rate was 15.0 % ,which was distinctively better than that in the contrast group (with the effective rate of 61.7% and recurrence rate of 31.6% ).
