| 目的 初步探讨硅酮气道支架置入治疗气管切开后狭窄的可行性和疗效。方法 根据气道狭窄程度及解剖结构,选择设计合适气道硅酮支架。在硬质支气管镜联合电子支气管镜下,对3例气管切开后狭窄患者置入硅酮气道支架。结果 硅酮气道内支架均一次性置入成功,3例患者置入内支架后均症状缓解。结论 硅酮气道支架置入能有效缓解气管切开后狭窄,技术可行,操作简单、安全、近期疗效可靠,值得进一步推广应用。 |

| Objective To investigate the feasibility and primary therapeutic effect of inverted silicone airway stent for the treatment of narrow after tracheotomy.Methods According to the airway stenosis degree and the anatomical structures , we designed the appropriate airway silicone stent . 3 stents were implanted in 3 cases of narrow after tracheotomy under rigid bronchoscope combined electronic bronchoscope.Results The inverted airway silicone stents were placed succussesfully with instantaneous relief of the symptoms and improving of living quality .Conclusion The placement of inverted airway silicone stent is a feasible and safe for treating narrow after tracheotomy |
