| 目的：分析经驱梅治疗失败梅毒患者脑脊液(CSF)特征,探讨治疗失败原因。 方法：对260例梅毒患者经正规驱梅治疗后半年,RPR滴度下降小于4倍或再升高患者进行腰穿脑脊液常规、生化、IgG指数、TPPA、VDRL、FTA-ABS检测。结果：260例患者中CSF细胞学异常93例,蛋白异常116例,IgG指数异常82例；确诊有症状神经梅毒22例,无症状神经梅毒19例。结论：梅毒治疗失败与中枢神经系统感染有关,及时腰穿脑脊液检查可早期发现神经梅毒。 |

| Objective: To analyze the characteristics of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in the patients with syphilis failed treatment, and to explore the causes of failure. Methods: 260 cases of syphilis patients whose Rapid plasma reaction test (RPR) titer reduced less than four times or rised again after treatment for half a year were received lumbar puncture for cerebrospinal fluid routine, biochemical analysis, IgG index, treponema pallidum particle agglutination(TPPA), venereal disease research laboratory(VDRL) tests and fluorescent treponema antibody absorption assay tests(FTA-ABS) .Results: Among 260 cases of syphilis patients with CSF cytology abnormal 93 cases, 116 cases of abnormal protein, IgG index abnormal 82 cases; there were 22 cases of Symptomatic neurosyphilis and 19 cases of asymptomatic neurosyphilis. Conclusions: Syphilis patients which failed treatment were related with Treponema pallidum infection of the central nervous system, and needed to undergo lumbar puncture for early finding neurosyphilis. |
