| 【】目的 调查维持性血液透析患者应用抗结核药物后出现的神经系统不良反应。 方法 回顾分析2011年1月～2014年6月期间本透析中心出现的9例终末期肾衰维持性透析合并结核病患者,观察其接受抗结核治疗后的神经系统不良反应。结果 6例出现肌电图异常,5例出现周围神经炎临床表现,其中1例合并视神经炎、2例中枢神经系统受累。结论 慢性肾衰及血液透析可能引起抗结核药物药代动力学改变,增加神经系统不良反应发生率,治疗过程中需加强观察。 |

| Objective To investigate nervous system adverse reactions appeared on maintenance hemodialysis patients after application of anti-tb drugs. Methods Retrospective analysis 9 cases of end-stage renal failure maintenance dialysis patients suffering from tubereculosis from our dialysis center during January 2011 to June 2014, observe their nervous reactions after anti-tb treatment.Results 6 cases showed abnormal electromyography.Clinical manifestations of peripheral neuritis occurred in 5 cases during the treatment, among which one also suffered optic neuritis, two patients’central nervous system were involved. Conclusion Chronic renal failure and hemodialysis may cause pharmacokinetic changes of anti-tb drugs, thus increase the incidence of nervous system adverse reaction. More intention should be payed in tanti-tuberculosis treatment of hemodialysis patients. |
