| 目的：通过观察解毒愈创散治疗感染性创面的临床效果，探索促进感染性创面愈合的方法。方法：观察的90例病人，随机分成治疗组和对照组，各45例，治疗组用解毒愈创散换药，对照组用呋喃西林溶液换药。比较两组肉芽组织的生长情况。用药4周后观察总体疗效。结果：(1) 两组临床总体疗效比较：治疗组治愈率71.1%，有效率95.6%，对照组治愈率42.2%，有效率73.3%；两组的总体疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)肉芽组织生长情况比较，治疗组优于对照组。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：解毒愈创散能够有效控制感染继续发展，能够改善患者的局部症状，促进感染性创面的愈合。 |

| Objective: To observe the curative effect of Jiedu Yuchuang Powder in treatment of infected wounds, and to explore an effective way to promote wounds healing. Methods: Ninety patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 45 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated by Jiedu Yuchuang Powder, while, the control group were treated by Furacillin. The growth of granulation tissue was compared between two groups. The overall treatment effect was observed 4 weeks after treatment. Results: (1) Comparison of the overall treatment effect between the two groups: the cure rate was 71.1% and efficiency rate was 95.6% in the treatment group, while, the cure rate was 42.2% and efficiency rate was 73.3% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). (2) Comparison of the growth of granulation tissue between the two groups: The treatment group was more superior to the control group in the growth of granulation tissue(P<0.05). Conclusion: Jiedu Yuchuang Powder is a good treatment on infectious wound which can control infection effectively and improve the patients" local symptom significantly. |
