| 目的 初步探讨睑板腺功能障碍(meibomian gland dysfunction,MGD,以下简称MGD)患者的中医辨证分型规律及其相关因素。方法 制作MGD中医证候调查表。采集MGD的患者的信息,建立数据库进行聚类分析,结合中医理论及专业知识进行辨证研究。结果 对154例病例的中医辨证指标数据进行统计,整理得到42项有效辨证指标信息,对数据通过SPSSl7.0 软件进行Ward"s method(样本聚类) 分析后辨证,初步拟定5个中医证型：风热外袭证25例,脾胃湿热证40例,脾肾阴虚证32例,痰湿阻胞证30例,脾胃气虚证27例。且5个证型间的年龄及性别分布无差异。结论 MGD可辨证分型为五证：风热外袭证、脾胃湿热证、脾肾阴虚证、痰湿阻胞证、脾胃气虚证。。 |

| Objectives: Initially discuss the TCM syndrome differentiation rules and relevant factors.
Methods: The MGD TCM Syndrome Survey Form was designed . MGD diagnosis indicators and information on four diagnostic methods of TCM. Information of 154 patients diagnosed with MGD was collected. The syndrome variable data were put into the computer to set up a database.,which clustering analysis was conducted on.TCM theories and professional knowledge were used to differentiate the syndrome.
Results: Statistical analysis was conducted on the data materials for the indicators of TCM syndrome differentiation on 154 patients. The effective indicators were sorted out to get information on 42 syndrome differentiation indicators. Then, SPSS17.0 software was adopted to carry out Ward’s method (sample cluster analysis) on the effective indicators and get relatively appropriate five cluster centers based on clinical professional features: 25 cases of the syndrome of wind heat attacking the exterior, 40 cases of the syndrome of damp-heat of spleen and stomach, 32 cases of the syndrome of spleen and kidney yin deficiency, 30 cases of the syndrome of the phlegm-damp obstructing the eyelids and 27 cases of the syndrome of spleen and stomach qi deficiency. No significant correlation between the five cluster syndromes with MGD patterns and there was no difference in the distribution of syndromes in terms of age and gender.
Conclusions:There are five types of MGD syndromes: the syndrome of wind heat attacking the exterior, the syndrome of damp-heat of spleen and stomach, the syndrome of spleen and kidney yin deficiency, the syndrome of the phlegm-damp obstructing the eyelids, and the syndrome of spleen and stomach qi deficiency. |
