      目的:探讨急性脑梗死患者血清铁蛋白(SF)和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)变化的临床意义。方法:选择急性脑梗死患者106例,根据梗死灶直径分为大面积组和小面积组,分别于入院第1天(急性期)和病后14天(恢复期)进行血清铁蛋白和神经元烯醇化酶测定,同时选择102例健康体检者作为对照,分别比较脑梗死患者与健康者SF和NSE 水平变化、脑梗死急性期和恢复期SF和NSE水平变化以及不同梗死面积SF和NSE水平变化。结果:急性脑梗死组SF和NSE 水平较健康对照组显著增高(P<0.05);脑梗死患者急性期SF和NSE水平均显著高于恢复期(P<0.05);大面积脑梗死组患者SF、NSE水平显著高于小面积梗死组(P<0.05)。 结论:检测急性脑梗死患者SF和NSE水平对判断病情及评估预后有重要临床价值。

      Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of serum ferritin (SF) and neuron specific enolase (NSE) changes in patients with acute cerebral infarction.SMethods: 106 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction, large area group and small area group according to the diameter of the infarct, respectively on the first day of admission (acute period) and 14 days (recovery period) were serum iron protein and neuron specific enolase determination and 102 cases of healthy persons as control were compared in patients with cerebral infarction and healthy subjects SF and NSE changes, cerebral infarction in acute stage and recovery phase SF and NSE changes and infarction area of SF and NSE changes.SResults: acute cerebral infarction group SF and NSE levels compared with the healthy control group were significantly higher (P < 0.05); in patients with cerebral infarction in acute stage of SF and NSE levels were significantly higher than those of the recovery period (P < 0.05); large area cerebral infarction patients SF and NSE levels were significantly higher than those of small area infarction group (P < 0.05).SConclusion: NSE and SF levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction have important clinical value for judging the disease and prognosis.
