| 采用干细胞移植促进缺血后受损的脑组织修复和功能重建已成为近年来研究的热点,但单纯的骨髓间充质干细胞 (Bone Marrow-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells，BMSCs)移植治疗效果不理想。近年来，科研人员就中药联合骨髓间充质干细胞移植对脑缺血损伤的治疗作用开展了一系列的研究，研究多集中在中医药对BMSCs体外增殖及诱导分化方面，中医药体内干预BMSCs移植治疗脑缺血损伤的报道较少。本文就不同中药体内干预BMSCs移植治疗脑缺血损伤的实验研究进行深入分析。 |
