| 【】 目的探讨PFN-A微创治疗高龄不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。【方法】应用PFN-A治疗高龄不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折116例。其中男51例,女65例；年龄78一94岁,平均84.5岁；左侧44例,右侧72例；按改良的Evans-Jensen分型：Ⅲ型30例,Ⅳ型56例,V型30例【结果】 全部116例均获得随访,随访时间8～22个月,平均13个月,骨折平均愈合时间12周,Harris评定法分析术后疗效:优50例,良53例,中13例,差0例。优良率为88．79％。【结论】PFN-A治疗老年骨质疏松不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折,手术创伤小,术后髋关节功能恢复好,并发症发生率低,是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折很好的方法。 |

| 【】 Objective To explore the curative effect of micro-trauma PFN-A in unstable femur intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly patients．【Methods】116 elderly intertroehantefie fracture patients were treated by PFN-A from September 2011—September 2014。Cases were 51male and 65 female,aged 78 to 94 years old, mean 84.5 years,the left side of 44 cases, the right side of 72 cases。By modified Evans-Jensen classification: Ⅲ type in 30 cases, Ⅳ type in 56 cases, V type in 30 cases.【Results】All 116 cases were followed up for 8 to 22months, an average of 13 months. The average healing time of fracture was 12 weeks. According to Harris hip score,results were excellent in 50 cases, good in 53 cases, fair in 13 cases and poor in 0 cases. Excellent and good rate of were 88.79%. 【Conclusions】PFN-A has advantages of minimal invasion。minor trauma,sound recovery of hip joint function and low incidence of complications and hence is a very good choice for treating unstable intertroehanteric femur fractures． |
