| 【】 目的: 探讨超声心动图检测冠状动脉病变在诊断不完全型川崎病(Incomplete Kawasaki Disease, iKD)的应用价值。方法：回顾分析我院2008年10月至2015年2月收治的388例川崎病的超声心动图与实验室指标。结果：iKD与完全型川崎病(Complete Kawasaki Disease,cKD)组实验室指标中WBC、CRP、Plt、ESR、Hb、ALT、ALB、尿沉渣WBC等实验室指标的阳性比例差异无统计学意义,CRP的阳性率显著低于cKD组(47.3%VS77.2%)。本组112例iKD患儿中超声检查发现冠状动脉病变52例(占iKD组的46.4%),超声心动图于病程10天内共检出13例(占iKD组的11.6%),于第11-20天共检出39例(占iKD组的34.8%)。本组276例cKD患儿中超声检查发现冠状动脉病变60例(占cKD组的21.7%)。结论：超声心动图有助于提高iKD早期诊断率。相关实验室指标对于早期诊断iKD具有重要诊断价值。 |

| 【】 Objective:To investigate the value of echocardiography on diagnosis of incomplete kawasaki disease.Methods: We retrospectively studied the data of ECHO and laboratory index follow of 388 with KD from October 2008 to January 2014. Results: among all iKD"s laboratory index, the positive rates of WBC, CRP, Plt, ESR, Hb, ALT, ALB, urinary sediment"s WBC and cKD group was not statistically significant. Thus, the positive rate of CRP was lower than that of cKD group (47.3% VS 77.2%). According to the ultrasonic examination on 112 iKD children in the group of incomplete kawasaki disease, there were 52 with coronary artery disease, accounting for 46.4% of iKD group, and the ultrasonic cardiogram showed that there have been 13 suffering from coronary artery disease within 10 days, taking up 11.6% of iKD group. Then the 39 cases were detected in 11-20 days ,taking up 34.8% of iKD group. Then according to the ultrasonic examination on 276 cKD children in the group of complete kawasaki disease, there were 60 with coronary artery disease, accounting for 21.7% of iKD group.Conclusion: Echocardiography has a great values in diagnosing incomplete kawasaki disense at early stage,and laboratory index plays an important role too. |
