| 核转录因子-KB(nuclear factor kappa bingding,NF-KB)广泛存在于真核细胞中,参与炎症反应,机体免疫,细胞凋亡等过程,是当前热门研究的细胞因子之一。研究发现,慢性胰腺炎的发生与NF-KB的活化关系密切,其主要机制为活化的NF-KB转录胰腺星状细胞激活因子,进而激活了胰腺星状细胞,促使胰腺发生纤维化。 |

| Nuclear factor-KB widely exists in eukaryotic cells and participates in the process of inflammatory response, immunity, cell apoptosis etc,which is one of theScurrentShot researchSofScytokines. The study found that chronic pancreatitis is closely associated with the activation of NF-KB, the main mechanism is that NF-KB activates pancreatic stellate cells by transcripting factor activation of PSCs, and than promotes pancreatic fibrosis. |
