| 癌性疼痛是肿瘤最为常见的临床症状之一,多呈慢性。据统计,约75%的癌症晚期患者会感到不同程度的疼痛。中医认为癌性疼痛的基本病机可概括为“不通则痛”及“不荣则痛”两个方面。祖国医学运用中医药的特色和优势,通过中药内服、外用以及针灸、穴位敷贴等方法,发挥有效的镇痛作用,改善癌症患者的生存质量。在临床上,应用中医药治疗癌性疼痛十分广泛。本文对近几年中医药治疗癌性疼痛研究进展做了分析。 |

| Cancer pain is one of the most common clinical symptoms of tumor,often for chronic pain。According to statistics,about 75% of patients with advanced cancer feel varying degrees of pain．TCM holds that the fundamental pathogenesis of cancerous pain can summarized as the general principles of the "no pain" and "no glory" two aspects. The motherland medicine with TCM characteristics and advantages, through medicines are, external use, as well as the method of acupuncture and acupoint sticking, exert effective analgesic action, improve the living quality of cancer patients. In the clinical applications of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of cancer pain is very extensive. This paper analyzes there search progress of TCM in the treatment of cancer in recent years． |
