| 目的 观察自拟消瘿方联合优甲乐治疗桥本甲状腺炎合并甲状腺功能减退的临床疗效。方法 将63例病人随机分成2组:对照组30例予以优甲乐片治疗；治疗组33例在对照组治疗的基础上,加服消瘿方,两组均治疗3个月,3个月后判定疗效,检测治疗前后患者血清甲状腺功能。结果 治疗组33例,显效6例, 有效22例,无效5例,总有效率为84.84%；对照组30例,显效2例,有效16例,无效12例,总有效率为60.00%。治疗组在改善甲状腺功能水平,降低甲状腺相关自身抗体及临床疗效方面明显优于单纯西药治疗组,具有统计学意义(p<0.05或p<0.01)。结论 中西医结合治疗桥本甲状腺炎合并甲状腺功能减退的疗效优于单用西药组,值得临床广泛推广应用。 |

| Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine on HT.Methods 63 patients with HT were randomly divided into two groups:Patients in control group (n=30) were treated by euthyrox;Patients in treatment group (n=33) were treated by combination of self made prescription, The treatment period were both 3 months,then to determine efficacy; the blood thyroid function were measured before and after treatment.Results 33 patients in treatment group had 6 cases in excellent,22 in effect,5 in vain, The clinical total effective rate of Chinese medicine group was 84.84%,while,30 patients in treatment group had 2 cases in excellent,16 in effect,12 in vain, The clinical total effective rate of Chinese medicine group was 60.00%.The difference between the two groups had the remarkable significance (p<0.05 or p<0.01),and the same as blood thyroid function.Conclution Combination of Chinese and western medicine has better therapeutic effects on HT. |
