| 目的：观察热敏灸治疗脑卒中后尿失禁的临床疗效。方法：将85例脑卒中后尿失禁患者随机分成2组,治疗组43例,对照组42例。治疗组采用热敏灸治疗；对照组采用常规艾灸治疗,治疗4周后,比较两组治疗前后尿失禁主要症状、体征评分改变,并进行评价疗效。结果：治疗组临床疗效总效有效率为93.0 %；对照组仅为83.3%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论：热敏灸能有效治疗治疗脑卒中后尿失禁,临床疗效确切,本法值得推广应用。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Thermal moxibustion on the treatment of the urinary incontinence after stroke. Methods:85 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups with 43 cases in the treatment group and 42 in the control group. The patients of the therapeutic group were given Thermal moxibustion in addition to the basic therapy, and in the control group were treated with routine moxibustion and basic therapy .After 4 weeks’ treatment , The scores of the urinary incontinence of each major symptom and sign were compared before and after treatment for patients between two groups. The efficacy were evaluated.Results: The total effective rate of 93.0% in the treatment group was better than 83.3% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Thermal moxibustion can cure the urinary incontinence after stroke, the clinical therapy was reliable. This method is worthy of spreading to application. |
