| 目的：观察孕产妇专用型唯太肠内营养粉对产妇乳量及新生儿体重变化影响的临床应用效果。方法：对照研究应用唯太肠内营养粉对产后乳汁分泌量和新生儿出生5d体重变化的影响,其中观察组50例母乳产妇使用唯太肠内营养粉,对照组50例母乳仅采用常规营养指导。结果：用唯太肠内营养粉7~14天催乳效果最佳,观察组与对照组比较,观察组泌乳量明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组新生儿出生5d后体重明显重于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：唯太肠内营养粉对于改善产妇营养状况促进乳汁分泌及改善质量,提高新生儿体重方面具有效果,可以作为在专业营养师指导下应用,满足产妇营养均衡需要的专用营养品。 |

| Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of using WeiTai Enteral Nutritional Powder to Parturient’s breast milk secretion and the weight of newborns. Method: To compare the amount of parturients’ breast milk and the weight of newborns after using WeiTai Enteral Nutritional Powder. Among all the 100 case of samples, 50 parturients are observation group who used WeiTai Enteral Nutritional Powder while the other 50 parturients just followed regular nutritional guidance as the control group. Results: Using WeiTai Enteral Nutritional Powder for 7-14 days is best to parturients’ breast milk secretion (P<0.05), and the weight of newborns born 5 days in this group is obviously heavier than others in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Using WeiTai Enteral Nutritional Powder is good for improve the nutrition condition of parturients. It will help them to improve both the amount and quality of breast milk secretion as well as the health condition of newborns. It is advisable to use WeiTai Enteral Nutritional Powder under the guidance of a professional nutritionist, to satisfy the demand of parturients’ nutritional balance. |
