      目的:本文从临床意义的角度出发,积极研究乳腺癌肿瘤标志物CEA、CA15-3的检测,希望可以得出相应的理论结论。方法:所有患者要求在空腹的状态下,以静脉血的方式实现对于血清的测定,在此过程中需要微粒子免疫荧光技术的帮助下,对于肿瘤标志物进行全面的界定。一般情况下, CEA、CA15-3, CEA>15μg/L为阳性,CA15-3以25ku/L为阳性。在SPSS13.0统计软件包的帮助下,对于上述的数据信息进行分析和整理。结果:相对于对照组来讲,标志物CEA和标志物CA15-3两标志物的浓度都比较低,并且没有统计学意义 (P>0.05);虽然其在I期、Ⅱ期乳腺癌中比较明显的表现出来,但是如果以正常对照组的水平去参考的话,其依然没有统计学意义 (P>0.05),这种提高程度在Ⅲ期及Ⅳ期乳腺癌患中表现的更为明显。结论:不能将CEA、CA15-3作为早期乳腺癌早期诊断标志物,其仅仅能够在后期诊断的过程中发挥着临床意义的作用。
英文摘要:
      objective: this article from the perspective of clinical significance, actively studying breast cancer tumor markers CEA, CA15-3 test, hope to corresponding theoretical conclusions. Methods: all patients required under fasting conditions, implementation in the form of venous blood for the determination of serum, in this process needs the help of the micro particle immuno fluorescence technology, comprehensive definition for tumor markers. In general, CEA, CA15-3, CEA > 15 mu g/L for positive, CA15 3 to 25 ku/L is positive. With the help of SPSS13.0 statistical software package for the above data analysis and finishing. Results: compared with control group, the markers CEA and markers CA15-3 two markers concentration is low, and there was no statistical significance (P > 0.05); Even though its in stage I, stage Ⅱ breast cancer is obvious, but if the reference to the level of the normal control group, it still has no statistical significance (P > 0.05), the degree of increase in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ expression in breast cancer. Conclusion: the CEA and can not be CA15-3 as early breast cancer early diagnosis markers, it can only play clinical significance in the process of late diagnosis.
