      目的 探讨本院住院患者呼吸道感染卡他布兰汉菌的临床特征及对抗菌药物的敏感性,指导临床合理用药。方法 对我院2013-2014年住院病人痰标本分离到的81株卡他布兰汉菌进行回顾性调查分析,并对分离自成人的65株菌株与分离自儿童的16株菌株的药敏结果进行统计学比较。结果 检出β-内酰胺酶阳性菌株65株,占80.25%;卡他布兰汉菌耐药率比较高的抗菌药物为氨苄西林、头孢噻吩及复方新诺明,耐药率分别为80.25%,46.91%及38.27%;分离自成人的菌株与分离自儿童的菌株对抗菌药物的耐药率相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 氨苄西林、一代头孢及复方新诺明对卡他布兰汉菌耐药率较高不宜用于临床治疗;产β-内酰胺酶是卡他布兰汉菌对氨苄西林耐药的主要耐药机制。

      Objective To study the clinical feature and the antimicrobial resistance of BranhamellaScatarhalis which were isolated from hospital patients’ respiratory tract, and to guide the rational use of antimicrobial therapy in clinical practice. Methods A retrospective investigation was done in the 81 cases of infecting with BranhamellaScatarhalis which were isolated from hospital patients’ respiratory tract from 2013 to 2014, and compared the statistically significance of antimicrobial resistance between the strains isolated from adults (65) and children (16). Results 65 strains(80.25%) of β-lactamase positive were detected. The drug resistance of BranhamellaScatarhalis against ampicil (80.25%), cafalotin (46.91%) and TMP-SMZ (38.27%) were high. The difference of antimicrobial resistance between the strains isolated from adults and children was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusions Ampicil, cafalotin and TMP-SMZ are not suitable to be used in clinical treatment because of the high rate of drug resistance. The main mechanism of antimicrobial resistance of BranhamellaScatarhalis was the effect of β-lactamase.
