      目的 探讨病毒性脑炎患儿脑脊液一氧化氮(NO)的变化。方法 应用Elisa方法检测30例病毒性脑炎患儿脑脊液NO含量,并与同期25例非中枢神经系统感染患儿作对比。结果 病毒性脑炎组脑脊液NO水平为(43.11±12.58)μmol/L,对照组脑脊液NO水平为(32.41±12.13)μmol/L ,病毒性脑炎患儿脑脊液NO含量较对照组明显升高(P <0.05)。结论 脑脊液NO测定有助于儿童病毒性脑炎的早期诊断。

      0bjective To investigate the nitric oxide concentrations in the cerebrospinal fluid of children with viral encephalitis. methods the nitric oxide concentrations inthe cerebrospinal fluid was determined by enzyme-1inked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) method in 30 cases with viral encephalitis and 25 cases without central nervous system infection at the same period. Results The nitric oxide concentrations in the cerebrospinal fluid of children with viral encephalitis [(43.11±12.58 )μmol/L] were obviously higher than those of the control group [(32.41±12.13)μmol/L](P <0.05). Conclusions Determination of nitric oxide concentrations in the cerebrospinal fluid would help to diagnosis the viral encephalitis in early stage.
