Objective : To observe the influence of ShenFuTaoHongChengQi soup on multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) model rat liver and kidney function and histopathologic.Methods Divide 50 healthy Wistar rats randomly into blank group, model group, and ShenFuTaoHongChengQi soup low, medium and high dose group, 10 in each group.Build mould with reference to the literature methods. Observed vital signs of each rat before and after the building mould.After 24 hours of building mould,to be put to death in the rat and take blood. Detected the serum urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr), total bilirubin (TB), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspertate aminotransferase (AST).Gather the liver and kidney tissue and do pathology examination. Results The changes of Model group BUN, Cr, TB, ALT and AST significantly higher than the normal blank group(24.26±7.1、80.02±26.27、4.51±1.29、259.90±199.81、345.80±209.95 than 6.82±0.62、45.68±6.69、0.42±0.14、55.33±16.43、108.44±15.89,P <0.05); Compared with model group,BUN, Cr, TB, ALT, AST levels of ShenFuTaoHongChengQi soup high dose group were significantly decreased(12.53±3.80、56.51±14.63、2.41±0.89、67.00±36.27、135.78±27.03 than 24.26±7.1、 80.02±26.27、4.51±1.29、259.90±199.81、345.80±209.95,P <0.05).Under the microscope,the inflammatory infiltrates are obviously improved of liver and kidney tissue of ShenFuTaoHongChengQi soup high dose group than model group,hemorrhage、edema and necrosis are significantly reduced. Conclusion High-dose of ShenFuTaoHongChengQi soup can reduce the MODS model rats serum BUN, Cr, TB, ALT, AST levels,MODS model rat liver and kidney tissue pathology on lipopolysaccharide (LPS) mediated have improvement role. |
