| 李东垣为金元四大家之一,代表性著作有《脾胃论》、《内外伤辨惑论》、《兰室秘藏》等,其作为补土派的代表人物,系统的提出了“甘温除热”,力倡甘温除热、益气升阳,为后世医家治疗内伤病奉为圭臬。甘温除热法是指用甘温之剂治疗发热的一种治法,为治疗内伤热病独树一帜,极大的丰富了中医内伤热病学说的内容。本文就甘温除热法的涵义进行剖析,以探求李东垣甘温除热之本质,以期从方法论角度出发理清研究思路,扩大该法在临床应用范围。 |
