| 【】目的 观察中西医结合治疗重危型毒蛇咬伤的临床疗效。方法 选择我院重症医学科2010年5月—2013年8月应用我院自制蛇伤中药结合西医治疗的29例重危型毒蛇咬伤患者,观察患者治疗前及治疗后疗效指标的变化。结果 29例患者治疗后临床指标明显改善( P<0.05),总有效率89.7%。结论 中西医结合综合治疗对重危型毒蛇咬伤疗效显著,可减轻毒素对脏器的损害,减少痛苦,减少并发症,缩短病程,改善预后。 |

| 【】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine therapy on critical snake bites. Methods Twenty-nine patients with critical snake bites who were treated with our hospital self -made chinese medicine and western medicine from the department of intensive care unit in our hospital from May 2010 to August 2013 were selected. Changes of therapeutic indexes in the patients before the treatment and after the treatment were observed. Results 29 patients showed obvious improvement of clinical indicators after the treatment,with the total effective rate of 89.7%.
