| The optimal processing mode of skin hanging residue Objective To observe the effect of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids after PPH. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2012 January to 2014 January, 289 patients admitted to the Department of anus & intestine surgery of Lishui People's Hospital clinical data of patients with mixed hemorrhoid ring. According to the patients received different operations will be divided into forming group and the traditional group, forming group and 155 cases were treated with PPH + anoplasty treatment; traditional group and 134 cases were treated with PPH external hemorrhoids resection of small incision. Compared two groups of patients with wound healing time, postoperative complications (pain, edema), postoperative recurrence, hospitalization time, cure rate difference. Results the operation time, the healing of wound after molding group in complications (pain, edema), time, postoperative recurrence, hospital cure rate is better than the traditional group. The differences were statistically (P< 0.05). Conclusions PPH anoplasty resection in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoid surgery with small incision compared to PPH external hemorrhoids, wound healing, postoperative complications, postoperative recurrence and fewer, shorter hospitalization time, high cure rate. It further shows the advantages of the PPH, more scientific, effective. |
