| 【】 目的 检测呼吸道感染患儿血清Toll样受体9(TLR9)的表达,探讨模式识别受体呼吸道感染在发病机制中的作用。方法 采集急性上呼吸道感染、毛细支气管炎、肺炎患儿急性期和恢复期静脉血各30例,酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测血清TLR9蛋白的浓度,并与30例健康儿童作对照。结果 治疗前血清TLR9蛋白浓度在肺炎组>急性上呼吸道感染组、毛细支气管炎组>对照组(均 P＜0.01),而急性上呼吸道感染组、毛细支气管炎组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后急性上呼吸道感染组、毛细支气管炎组、肺炎组血清TLR9蛋白浓度均显著低于治疗前(均P＜0.01),且均显著高于对照组 (均P＜0.01)。 结论 呼吸道感染后TLR9蛋白浓度升高,表明TLR9参与了呼吸道感染的天然免疫应答机制,可以作为评价病情的免疫指标。 |
