| 【摘要】目的：探讨移植早期卵裂胚胎对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)临床结局的影响。方法：回顾性分析2012年8月至2014年1月在我院接受IVF-ET治疗的2127个鲜胚周期4898枚移植胚胎资料。结果：将2127个周期分为有早期卵裂胚胎组和无早期卵裂胚胎组，早期卵裂组在临床妊娠率（439/780，56.28% VS 580/1347，43.05%）、多胎率（152/439，34.62% VS 165/580，28.45%）上均显著高于无早期卵裂组，而在卵子受精率和优质胚胎率上组间无统计学差异；早期卵裂组中，植入有2或3个早期卵裂胚胎较植入仅有1个早期卵裂胚胎的有更高的临床妊娠率及多胎率。结论：观察胚胎早期卵裂可有效预测胚胎发育潜力，有利于挑选适合移植的胚胎，从而获得较高的妊娠率。 |

| 【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of early cleavage in predicting the implantation potential of embryos and clinical outcomes．Method：A total of 4898 embryos from 2127 IVF／ICSI cycles between August 2012 and January 2014 were assessed for a retrospective analysis.Results：2127 cycles were divided into early cleaved (EC)group and non-early cleaved(NEC)group，there was significant difference in the clinical pregnancy rate（439/780，56.28% VS 580/1347，43.05%） and multiple pregnancy rate（152/439，34.62% VS 165/580，28.45%）between the EC group and the NEC group（P<0.01），but the fertilization rate and the percentage of high-quality embryos were not statistically significantly；Within the EC group，group B and group C（2 or 3 early cleaved embryos were transferred) had significant higher clinical pregnancy rate and multiple pregnancy rate than group A（only 1 early cleaved embryos were transferred）．Conclusion：The method of observing early cleavage can predict the implantation potential of embryos effectively．It is helpful to select the embryos for transfer，resulting in higher pregnancy rates. |
