| 【】 目的 探讨动态站立架在偏瘫患者重心控制训练中的作用。方法 将符合标准的70例脑卒中患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组只给予神经内科常规药物治疗和常规康复训练；观察组在对照组基础上采用BALANCE-TRAINER瘫痪站立架进行重心控制的训练。治疗前后均采用脑卒中患者姿势评定量表(Postural Assessment Scale for Stroke Patients,PASS), Berg平衡量表(Berg Balance Scale,BBS)和10m最大步行速度(Maximum Walking Speed,MWS)测定,并以问卷形式统计两组患者在治疗结束后的6个月内跌倒次数。结果 试验及问卷调查统计结束时,两组的各项评定数据均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善的程度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 动态站立架的训练对改善偏瘫患者重心控制有积极意义。 |

| Objective: Explore the dynamic standing frame in the center of gravity control training in patients with hemiplegia applications. Methods: 70 stroke patients meet the criteria for randomly divided into observation group and control group of 35 cases. Neurological control group given only conventional drug therapy and conventional rehabilitation; observation group BALANCE-TRAINER paralyzed standing frame in the control group on the basis of the center of gravity control training. Before and after treatment of stroke patients using posture Rating Scale (Postural Assessment Scale for Stroke Patients,PASS), Berg Balance Scale (Berg Balance Scale, BBS) and 10m maximum walking speed (Maximum Walking Speed, MWS) and statistical questionnaire form two groups of patients fall within six months after the end of treatment times. Results:When the test and a questionnaire survey ended,the assessment data to improve both groups than before treatment (P <0.05), and the degree of improvement in the observation group than in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Dynamic standing frame training to improve control of the center of gravity of positive significance in patients with hemiplegia. |
