| 摘要 目的 观察针刺推拿结合分期治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法 选择符合要求患者的98例，随机分为实验组、对照组各49例。按“急治标、缓治本”的原则，结合神经根型颈椎病发病特点，实验组在急性水肿期以针刺治疗为主，缓解期以手法为主辩证施治；对照组按常规针刺推拿同步治疗。两组在治疗前后观察组内及组间的疼痛程度、体征等数据变化。结果 两组治疗后疼痛均有不同程度改善，急性期实验组疼痛减轻程度比对照组显著（P<0.01），缓解期实验组疼痛减轻程度与对照组比较有统计差异（P<0.05）；治疗后2组椎旁压痛试验阳性例数在急性与缓解期均有明显减少（P<0.01），实验组中臂丛神经牵拉和扣顶试验在急性期的阳性例数多于对照组（P<0.05），但在缓解期阳性例数均明显少于对照组（P<0.01）；实验组临床疗效优于对照组（P<0.05）。 结论 分期运用针刺、推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病，更能发挥各自疗效的优势，在快速解除疼痛及综合疗效方面优于常规针推同步治疗的方法，值得在临床中加以推广应用。 |

| ABSARACT Objective: To observe the acupuncture massage combined with the curative effect of treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type by installments. Method:Select 98 patients meeting demands .Randomly and averagely divide into experiment group and control group. The experimental group in acute edema treated with acupuncture.Remission in massage therapy;Control group according to the acupuncture massage treatment together.Observe two groups before and after treatment level of pain, signs and other data. Result:The degree of acute experimental pain relief than the control group significantly（P<0.01）.A reduction in pain remission group have statistical difference compared with controls（P<0.05）. After treatment,Tenderness test positive casesIn acute and remission are significantly reduced（P<0.01）,Brachial plexus in the experimental group pull test and buckle top test positive for the number of cases?than the control group(P<0.05),But in remission positive cases were significantly less than the control group（P<0.01);Clinical curative effect of experimental group is better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion : Staging using acupuncture and massage treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,In the rapidly relieve the pain and comprehensive curative effect is better than the treatment of acupuncture massage together. |
