| 目的：考察五味子与雷公藤配伍后对雷公藤体外生物活性的影响。方法：通过四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)法检测雷公藤与五味子配伍后的水提液对小鼠脾淋巴细胞和L-02肝细胞增殖的影响。结果：雷公藤组与雷公藤配伍五味子组对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖的抑制作用均优于空白组(P<0.05,n=6),且两组间无差异性(P＞0.05,n=6)；雷公藤配伍五味子组在四个实验浓度下对L-02人肝细胞增殖有抑制作用均小于雷公藤(P<0.05,n=6),均有促进肝细胞增殖的作用。结论：五味子与雷公藤配伍后,在保持雷公藤体外免疫抑制活性的同时能有效降低雷公藤对肝细胞的毒性。 |

| objective: To study the combination of schisandra chinensis with tripterygium wilfordii on effects of triptolide in vitro biological activities. Methods: four p-methyl-tetrazolium (MTT) assay for detection of tripterygium wilfordii compatibility of schisandra chinensis extract on proliferation of liver cells in mice spleen lymphocytes and L-02 effects. The result: Group of tripterygium wilfordii and tripterygium wilfordii equipped with Schisandra group on mouse spleen lymphocyte proliferation inhibition were better than the blank Group (P<0.05,n=6), and no difference between the two groups (P>0.05,n=6); tripterygium wilfordii equipped with Schisandra group in four experimental concentrations of L-02 value-added inhibition of human liver cells are smaller than tripterygium wilfordii (P<0.05,n=6), a value-added role in stimulating liver cells. Conclusion: schisandra chinensis with tripterygium wilfordii compatibility while keeping the tripterygium wilfordii immunological activity in vitro and can effectively reduce the toxicity of tripterygium wilfordii on liver cells. |
