| 目的：观察中药穴位离子导入治疗老年人高血压病的临床疗效。
摘要：目的：观察中药穴位离子导入治疗老年人高血压病的临床疗效。
方法：采用随机、对照的原则将高血压病患者分为治疗组和对照组，两组患者均按需给予苯磺酸氨氯地平降压治疗，治疗组同时选用涌泉、太冲、曲池穴，以中药离子导入牛膝、吴茱萸治疗。结果：治疗组与对照组相比较，降压效果更优（P<0.05）。
结论：中药穴位离子导入可联合口服药物治疗老年高血压病。

| Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of acupoint iontophoresis of Chinese medicine
in treating hypertension in the elderly patients. Methods：By randomized and controlled principles，the hypertension patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group. The two groups both took Amlodipine Besylate；at the same time the treatment group was treated with acupoint iontophoresis of Niuxi and Wuzhuyu at Yongquan points、Taichong points、Quchi points. Results：Comparing to the control group，acupoint iontophoresis of Chinese medicine group could reduce blood pressure better（P<0.05）. Conclusion：Acupoint iontophoresis of Chinese medicine combines oral medicine could treat hypertension.
