| 摘要：目的 探讨七位白术散对轮状病毒肠炎患儿血清肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）和白介素-6（IL-6）水平的影响及观察其疗效。方法 采用前瞻性随机对照临床研究方法，将90例轮状病毒肠炎患儿分为对照组和观察组，分别采用饮食指导及合理补液的基础治疗和七位白术散 基础治疗，治疗3天，观察两组患儿治疗前后血清TNF-α和IL-6水平，并观察其疗效及不良反应情况。结果 治疗后，观察组血清TNF-α和IL-6水平均较治疗前降低（P均<0.01），对照组也均有降低（P均<0.05），但观察组较对照组均降低更加明显（P＜0.05）。观察组疗效明显优于对照组（χ2=4.41，P＜0.05），且治疗过程中未见明显不良反应。结论 七位白术散显著降低轮状病毒肠炎患儿血清TNF-α和IL-6水平，具有显著抗炎作用。 |

| Abstract：Objective To explore the influence and curative effect of Qiwei Baizhu powder on the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α) and Interleukin-6 (IL-6) in children with rotavirus enteritis. Methods Adopted the methods of prospective randomized controlled clinical research，the 90 cases infantile rotaviral enteritis were divided into observation group and control group. The children in control group were given common treatment like such as dietary guidance，infusion etc，the children in observation group were additionally given Qiwei Baizhu powder. After 3 days’medical treatment，the serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the two groups before and after medical treatment were compared，and the curative effect and adverse reactions were discussed. Results After treatment，the serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in observation groups obviously declined ( P<0.01) ，the control group also declined (P<0.05), and the declining rate in observation group was much higher than that in control group (P<0.05) . Meanwhile，the total clinical eficiency in observation group (93.33％) was much higher than that in control group(74.44％) ( χ2=4.41，P<0.05) . No obvious drug adverse reaction was found during the treatment．Conclusin Qiwei Baizhu powder can reduce the serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 and inhibit the inflammatory and immunity reaction process in children with rotavirus enteritis． |
