| ［］ 目的 应用锥形束CT(CBCT)从不同轴位对易位阻生的上颌尖牙进行测量分析和明确诊断,为临床治疗提供依据。方法 选取易位阻生的患者共计19例进行CBCT拍摄,分析上颌易位阻生尖牙的阻生特点,并对其进行分类。结果 共有21颗易位阻生尖牙(均为尖牙与侧切牙异位)。唇侧易位患者14 例,占73.6%；腭侧易位5例,占26.4%；其中单侧易位17例,占89.5%,双侧易位有2例,占10.5%。结论 上颌尖牙易位阻生多单发,以唇侧易位为主。CBCT能对易位尖牙进行三维诊断分析,为临床治疗提供准确直观的信息。 |

| Objective To measure and diagnose the maxillary canine transposition from different axial view by CBCT and afford document for the clinical treatment.Methods 19 cases of canine transposition were chosen to take CBCT.The characteristics were analyzed and a classification was proposed.Results 21 teeth were all transposition of the mandibular canine and lateral incisor.14 cases were Buccal impacted(73.6%);5 cases were Palatally impacted(26.4%);17cases were Unilateral impacted(89.5%) and 2 case was Bilateral impacted(10.5%).Conclusions Maxillary canine transposition occurred mainly in unilateral and buccal section. CBCT could aprovide three dimensional analysis for the canine transposition and afford accurate and intuitive document for the clinical treatment. |
