| 【摘要】目的 探讨维生素B12及叶酸对高同型半胱氨酸水平脑卒中患者的脑卒中后抑郁（PSD）防治效果。方法 随机选择60例高同型半胱氨酸患者及30例正常同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）患者，高同型半胱氨酸患者随机分为实验组30例,对照组30例，将正常同型半胱氨酸患者分为正常组 30例，分别于治疗前及治疗3月后测定三组患者同型半胱氨酸，维生素B12，叶酸，HAMD评分及NIHSS评分。结果 治疗3月后正常组HAMD评分、NIHSS评分、同型半胱氨酸好于治疗组（P>0.05），治疗组HAMD评分、NIHSS评分、同型半胱氨酸好于对照组（P>0.05）。结论 维生素B12及叶酸对于高同型半胱氨酸的脑卒中患者的脑卒中后抑郁有预防效果。 |

| 【Abstract】Objective To investigate the depression prevention effect of vitamin B12 and folic acid on stroke highhomocysteine levels in patients after stroke. Methods In 60 randomly selected patients with high homocysteine patients and 30 cases of normal homocysteine in patients with high homocysteine were randomly divided into experimental group 30 cases, 30 cases in the control group, the normal homocysteine were divided intonormal group of 30 cases, respectively, before treatment and3 months after the treatment, determination of three groups of patients with homocysteine, vitamin B12, folic acid, HAMD score and NIHSS score. Results Treatment in March in normal group, HAMD score, NIHSS score and homocysteine in treatment group (P>0.05), the treatment group the HAMD score, NIHSS score and homocysteine in control group (P>0.05). Conclusion Vitamin B12 and folic acid have a preventive effect on stroke in stroke patients with high homocysteine after depression. |
