      目的 对小儿止泻巴布剂进行体外抑菌及皮肤刺激性试验,为其临床应用提供实验依据。方法 采用平皿法研究小儿止泻巴布剂浸膏对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单孢杆菌的抑菌效果从而确定最低抑菌浓度;应用新西兰兔完整皮肤及破损皮肤进行试验,考察小儿止泻巴布剂对新西兰兔皮肤刺激性反应。结果 小儿止泻巴布剂对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单孢杆菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC):金黄色葡萄球菌为100mg?ml-1,大肠埃希菌为400mg?ml-1,铜绿假单孢杆菌为800mg?ml-1。新西兰兔完整皮肤组多次给药后两侧皮肤无红斑水肿,破损皮肤组出现轻度红斑及轻度水肿。结论 小儿止泻巴布剂有一定的抑菌作用,对新西兰兔完整皮肤无刺激性,对破损皮肤有轻度刺激性。

      Objective The experiments of antibacterial in vitro and skin irritation were conducted on Xiaoer Zhixie cataplasm to provide experimental basis for its clinical application.Methods Study on antibacterial effects of Xiaoer Zhixie cataplasm extract by culture dish method on escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus,pseudomonas aeruginosa to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC).Application of New Zealand rabbit intact skin and damaged skin test, investigate its skin irritation reaction of.Xiaoer Zhixie cataplasm.Results MIC of Xiaoer Zhixie cataplasm on escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus,pseudomonas aeruginosa respectively were100,400 and 800mg.ml-1.There were no erythema and edema on both sides skin of New Zealand rabbits after multiple dosing;damaged skin group appeared mild erythema and mild edema.Conclusion Xiaoer Zhixie cataplasm have some antibacterial effect, no irritation to rabbit intact skin, mild irritation to damaged skin .
