| 目的：观察针刺联合穴位注射治疗气血亏虚型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法：选择66例气血亏虚型原发性痛经患者,随机分组。治疗组34例,给予针刺联合黄芪注射液穴位注射治疗；对照组32例给予口服复方对乙酰氨基酚片(Ⅱ)治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为85.29%,虽然连续治疗三个月经周期后与对照组(总有效率为78.13%)相比较,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05),但两组间症状积分比较差异具有统计学意义(P< 0.05)。结论：针刺联合穴位注射治疗可明显改善气血亏虚型原发性痛经患者的疼痛症状,且疼痛症状改善程度较口服复方对乙酰氨基酚片(Ⅱ)明显。 |

| ABSTRACT:Objective?To investigate the clinical efficacy of Acupuncture and acupoint injection in the treatment of?primary dysmenorrheal of qi and blood deficiency.?Methods?66?patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of? 34 patients and the control group of?32patients.The treatment?group was given?Acupuncture and Acupoint Injection?while the controlgroup was given Compound Paracetamol Tablests（Ⅱ）.?Results?The effective rate was?85.29% in the treatment group and the effective rate was?78.13% in the control?group.There was no statistical significance difference between the?two groups（P>0.05），but such difference was significant between the symptom score of two groups （P<0.05）after three consecutive cycles of treatmet.Conclusion? Acupuncture and acupoint injection has definite clinical efficacy in treating primary dysmenorrhea of qi and blood deficiency. |
