| 【】目的:探讨常规AO钢板与经皮微创锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折临床疗效及安全性差异。方法：选取肱骨近端粉碎性骨折患者180例,采用随机数字表法分为A组(90例)和B组(90例),分别给予常规AO钢板与经皮微创锁定钢板内固定治疗；比较两组患者术后肩关节功能 Neer评分优良率,治疗前后肩关节活动度,骨折愈合时间及术后并发症发生情况等。结果：B组患者术后肩关节功能Neer评分优良率和治疗后肩关节活动度优于A组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)；B组患者骨折愈合时间和术后并发症发生率均显著优于A组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论：相较于常规AO钢板,经皮微创锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折可有效改善肩关节活动功能,促进骨折愈合,并降低术后并发症风险。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety differences of AO plate fixation andSminimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis technique combined with internal locking system plate fixation in treatmentSof proximal humerus comminution fracture. Methods 180 patients with proximal humerus comminution fracture were chosen and randomly divided into both group including A group (90 patients) with AO plate fixation and B group (90 patients) with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis technique combined with internal locking system plate fixation; and the excellent and good rate of Neer scores in shoulder joint function, shoulderSperiarthritis before and after treatment, fracture healing time and postoperative complicationsSoccurrenceSof both groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of Neer scores in shoulder joint function and shoulderSperiarthritis after treatment of B group was significantly better than A group (p<0.05). The fracture healing time and postoperative complicationsSoccurrence of B group was significantly better than A group (p<0.05). Conclusion Compared with AO plate fixation, minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis technique combined with internal locking system plate fixation in treatmentSof proximal humerus comminution fracture can efficiently improve shoulder jointSactivity, Spromote fracture healing process,Sand reduce riskSof postoperative complications. |
