| 目的：探讨成人鼻腔胚胎型横纹肌肉瘤(Embryonal Rhabdomyosarcoma,ERMS)的临床病理特点及治疗方式,提供新的研究方向。方法：将6例成人鼻腔ERMS的临床资料与相关文献结合进行分析。结果：6例患者在组织学上以小圆细胞为主。鼻腔ERMS表达肌生成素(Myogenin)、肌调节蛋白(MyoD1)、波形蛋白(Vimentin)。6位患者完成治疗后,1位患者出现肺内转移,2位患者出现颅内转移,再次化疗后无效死亡,另外3位患者随访中。结论：成人鼻腔ERMS临床表现无特异性,组织病理学结合免疫组化标记可确诊该病。手术联合放、化疗是治疗成人鼻腔ERMS的有效手段。 |

| Object: to better understand of clinical pathological characteristics and treatment methods of adultSnasalSembryonal rhabdomyosarcoma,SprovidesSa new research direction. Method：Six patients with embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma in the adultSnasal were studied retro-spectively and the related literature was reviewed．Result：in theShistologically,Six patients withSsmall round cell.Immunohistochemistry: the SnasalSERMS Sexpression different mark: Myogenin MyoD1 Vimentin. 6 patientsScompleted the treatment,S1Spatients withSlung metastasis,S2Spatients withSintracranial metastasis. At last,they died when all finished second chemotherapy.the other 3Spatients were followed up.Conclusion： The adultSnasal embryonal rhabdomyosarcomaShas no specific clinical manifestations.theSpathological combined with immunohistochemical examination can definite diagnosis．Surgery combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy can improve the survival rate． |
